Description

Enjoy a long harvest of leafy greens with Perpetual Swiss Chard. Easier to grow than spinach, chard can often be harvested from spring to fall. Perpetual produces plenty of smooth, dark green leaves that are flavorful and rich in antioxidants. It looks and tastes more like spinach than some other chard varieties. Harvest the leaves at the small stage when they are most tender and flavorful and enjoy them in salads. Chard can also be sautéed or cooked into your favorite recipes. Perpetual is slow to bolt, so it’s a great choice for Southern gardens. 50 DAYS.
